MC2000 Superfast – Bench Top Models
The MC2000 Superfast Bench-Top is the most rugged column and base marker available today. These single pin stamp markers are designed for deep, fast marking – especially when readability after painting, galvanizing or plating is critical. Its patented Y axis slide design enables dot peen marking up to 16 characters per second, depending upon the character size.
Key Features:
- 100% Carbide Stylus – able to mark hardened steel up to 62 HRC hardness
- Available in 3 marking window sizes:
- 50mm x 17mm (approx. 2” x 5/8”)
- 100mm x 17mm (approx 4” x 5/8”)
- 160mm x 17mm (approx 6.25” x 5/8”)
- Adjustable marking speed up to 16 characters per second
- Aluminum base plate with tee slot for fixture mounting
- Height adjustment from 0 to 250mm
- Accordion style rubber boot over “Z” axis column for protection from the elements
- Motorized Programmable Z axis Option is available
- 3 pneumatic marking head sizes available depending upon marking force required
- Flat, convex and concave surfaces can be marked
- Low impact marking with minimal vibration
- Ergonomic, lightweight design

MC2000 Series – Bench Top
For direct part marking applications requiring larger marking window sizes, the standard MC2000 Series provides deep, high speed marking.
- Available in 2 marking window sizes:
- 90mm x 60mm (approx. 3.5” x 2.5”)
- 150mm x 100mm (approx 6” x 4”)
- Available in both electric and pneumatic design
- Aluminum base plate with tee slot for fixture mounting
- Height adjustment from 0 to 250mm
- Accordion style rubber boot over “Z” axis column for protection from the elements
